    Care Instructions

    Wash inside out gently on a cool cycle, with similar colours. Reshape whilst damp if required, dry flat and do not tumble dry. Expect some colour transfer and fading and up to 5% shrinkage on the first few washes.

    Shipping

    Shipping in the UK is a standard rate of £4.95 via Royal Mail and takes 3-5 working days. If you order additional items with a pre order item, all items will be shipped with your pre order.

    UK Shipping is on us when you spend over £150.


    International shipping is via DHL or Royal Mail at £25. Delivery times will vary. For all orders shipping outside of the UK, the recipient is responsible for any taxes or duties incurred, these will be collected at the point of delivery. Beyond Nine is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. Please note, Beyond Nine is unable to provide the amount of taxes or duties that may be charged on delivery. Beyond Nine is not responsible for loss or damage of an item(s).

    Pre-Orders: If you have ordered in stock product with your pre order, all purchases will ship with your pre order. Orders are not able to be part shipped.


    We are unable to combine or change orders after your transaction has been made. Please do take extra care when ordering.

    Returns

    We really hope you love everything with your order but if it’s not for you, you have 14 days from receiving your delivery to send it back to us. 

    If you want to return your order for a refund, a postage cost of £3.50 will apply. The postage cost will automatically be deducted from the refund at the time we issue it to you. 

    Please submit your return via our easy to use Royal Mail returns portal HERE. 

    We offer one free exchange, for any help with sizing, please contact info@beyondnine.co.uk. We are here to help. If a product is not in stock for exchange then you’ll receive a full refund.

    Once we receive your return we will process your refund within 5 working days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment and can take 3-5 working days to reach your account depending on your bank provider.

    International orders are non-returnable. All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and therefore are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

    Comfy but different colour to picture

    Very comfortable, good fit (I'm normally a size 10 and ordered a S), and easy to slip on and off - the only downside is the colour is very different to the one advertised! Mine is more of a lighter blue than the lovely vintage deep blue pictured. It's a real shame as it's very soft and comfy!

    Thanks for your review on Lola. We do authentically stonewash all our denim pieces so slight variations in colour can occur because of this process. That said if you feel it is very different to the image online please reach out to me on info@beyondnine.co.uk as we can happily replace this one for you if unworn and hopefully a replacement will be a closer colour to the online image.

    Beautiful and stylish!

    Thick and beautiful jumpsuit, very comfy!
    It does sizes large - I bought a S at 4 months and it’s still very large. I’m usually a M/L.
    So I recommend sizing down what the chart says if you want to wear it at the beginning of your pregnancy, or after your pregnancy.

    Extremely comfortable if a little short (I’m 5 ft 8) not sure they are completely worth the £129 price tag though!

    Thanks for your review. It may be helpful to size up in our jumpsuits and playsuits if 5'8' or over as this can get you more length in the torso. Hopefully this may help for any future styles you like.

    I'm really glad Lola is comfy, we spend a lot of time designing her then sourcing lovely soft stretchy denim and manufacturing locally and ethically. This is reflected in the RRP, hopefully price per wear will be very low after a little while as we design our pieces to be loved and worn for a long time.
