RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We hope you love your order, but if not, you have 14 days to register a return and another 14 days to send it back.

For the UK, we offer one free exchange. For sizing help, contact info@beyondnine.co.uk. For returns, a £4 postage fee will be deducted from your refund. Submit your return or exchange via our portal HERE.

Upon receiving your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. The credit will be applied to your original payment method and may take 3-5 days to reach your account, depending on your bank.

International orders are non-returnable. All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and therefore are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Full refund policy HERE.
