Our policy lasts 14 days from dispatch date providing the garment is returned in it's original condition including any tags and packaging (if it is still useable). If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if it is still useable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to process your refund along with your order number.
Once your return is authorised, we must receive your return within 4 days for your return to be eligible.
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange (unless faulty).
International orders are non-returnable. All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and therefore are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so please make sure you obtain proof of postage and insurance as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
