Returns & Exchanges

 

We hope you love your order, but if not, you have 14 days to register a return and another 14 days to send it back.

For the UK, we offer one free exchange. For sizing help, contact info@beyondnine.co.uk. For returns, a £4 postage fee will be deducted from your refund. Submit your return or exchange via our portal HERE.

Underwear can be returned or exchanged, provided hygiene stickers and tags are intact. Customers must confirm this during the return process. All returns are subject to quality checks - items missing stickers or damaged will be returned to the customer without refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons, underwear must be tried on over your own underwear.

Upon receiving your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. The credit will be applied to your original payment method and may take 3-5 days to reach your account, depending on your bank.

International orders are non-returnable. All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and therefore are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Full refund policy HERE. International customers are responsible for covering any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred if a parcel is refused or returned to us for any reason. If the tax fees exceed the order value, an additional invoice will be issued to the customer.
