Returns & Exchanges
**Orders placed between 10-23rd Dec have an extended returns period until 10th Jan 2022. Orders placed after this time have a usual returns period of 14 days after receiving your order**
Our policy lasts 14 days from dispatch date providing the garment is returned in it's original condition including any tags and packaging (if it is still useable). If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
Please complete your returns form that was included with your order and send it back with your return. Our return address details are on the returns slip.
Please email email@example.com if you need further assistance and to arrange an exchange prior to return.
Once your return is authorised, we must receive your return within 4 days for your return to be eligible.
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange (unless faulty).
International orders are non-returnable. All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and therefore are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure it fits our return policy. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt and an automatic refund email sent. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment and can take 3-5 days to reach your account dependant on your provider.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so please make sure you obtain proof of postage and insurance as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
