The Role
At Beyond Nine, we’re on an exciting journey of growth and transformation. We’re seeking a strategic, driven, and collaborative Head of Growth to lead our marketing and acquisition efforts at a pivotal stage in our development. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a senior role in shaping the company’s growth strategy, driving both brand and performance marketing initiatives across all channels.
Working closely with the Head of PR, Head of Creative, and Product teams, you will oversee the marketing calendar, lead acquisition campaigns, optimise the e-commerce experience, and manage the broader customer journey. This is a hands-on senior leadership role for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving scale-up environment and is passionate about delivering measurable business growth.

The Role
The PR & Partnerships Executive will play a key role in driving Beyond Nine’s brand visibility and reputation through impactful PR, influencer, and partnership activity. Working closely with the Head of PR & Partnerships, the Executive will help shape and deliver integrated campaigns that grow awareness, strengthen relationships with media and creators, and enhance the brand’s community-led presence across all touchpoints.

The Role
At Beyond Nine, we’re on a mission to grow our community, elevate our brand, and connect more deeply with our audience. We’re looking for a hands-on, creative, and highly collaborative Content Creator & Producer to join our expanding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves being behind (and sometimes in front of) the camera, thrives on producing beautiful content, and knows how to bring a brand’s story to life across channels. You’ll be responsible for creating and producing brand-owned content, managing e-commerce shoots, and curating our social media channels to deliver inspiring and engaging stories that resonate with our audience.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll play a key role in shaping how Beyond Nine shows up online—balancing creativity with strategy, and elevating our visual and editorial presence across platforms.

Skills & Experience
4–5+ years’ experience in content creation/production, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or DTC brands.
Strong portfolio showcasing content production across photography, video, and social-first formats.
Experience managing and delivering e-commerce or brand shoots.
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut or similar.
Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices (especially Instagram & TikTok).
A balance of creativity and organisation—you’re equally comfortable storyboarding a concept as you are managing a shoot schedule.
Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
A collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Strong affinity with the Beyond Nine customer and brand aesthetic.
