JUNIOR/ MID WEIGHT DESIGNER
- FULL TIME. Bristol/Hybrid.
- Salary: £30k+ depending on experience.
The Role:
We are a fast-growing womenswear fashion brand in an exciting scale-up phase,
and we’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior – Mid weight Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for creating thoughtful, innovative, and feel-good designs that resonate with women at all stages of their lives.
As Junior-Mid weight Designer, you’ll support the Design Manager and Founder in developing collections that align with our brand identity, focusing on inclusivity, functionality, and style. You will work on all aspects of the design process, from concept creation to final samples, contributing your ideas and ensuring each piece meets the high standards our customers expect.
Reporting to: Design Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Development
- Assist in designing womenswear collections, contributing fresh ideas while staying aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and target audience.
- Research trends, fabrics, colours, and customer needs to inform the design
process. - Create and update technical sketches, CADs, and mood boards to support
seasonal concepts. - Contribute to the creation of detailed tech packs, ensuring accuracy in
measurements, fabric choices, and garment construction details.
Organisation & Recording
- Management and upkeep of seasonal fabrics and trims.
- Management of design area, being key team member responsible for the day to day running of this area.
- Keep relevant visual documents up-to-date to aid the wider team and business
- Help keep the Sample Room tidy and organised, ensuring all rails and samples are correctly labelled.
- Work with the relevant team members to help send samples to and from suppliers as and when needed.
Product Lifecycle Support
- Collaborate with the product development team to follow designs through sampling and production stages.
- Attend fittings and assist in reviewing samples, making adjustments to achieve the desired fit and quality.
- Ensure designs are commercially viable and aligned with the critical path and
production deadlines.
Research & Inspiration
- Stay updated on fashion, textile and interior trends, competitor analysis, and
customer insights to inspire new ideas and innovation. - Research sustainable and inclusive design practices, contributing to the brand’s
mission of creating meaningful and functional clothing.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the merchandising, production, and marketing teams to align
design concepts with business goals. - Support the creation of assets for campaigns, lookbooks, and online content by collaborating with the creative and social media teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in womens woven fashion design.
- Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software- ability to
CAD in illustrator is a necessity. - Knowledge of garment construction, pattern-cutting basics, and fabric properties.
- Ability to create detailed and accurate tech packs.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage
multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - A great eye for colour and print and a love of textiles.
Preferred:
- Experience in working within a scale-up or fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of size-inclusive design principles and sustainable practices.
- An interest or some knowledge of knit and jersey is preferable.

PRODUCT DEVELOPER

The Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Product Developer with strong garment technical expertise to join our e-commerce fashion brand. In this role, you will work closely with the design, sourcing, and production teams to bring creative concepts to life, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, fit, and functionality.
As a key member of the product team, you will play a pivotal role in translating designs into technically sound garments, managing the development process from initial concept to final production, and supporting our mission of creating feel-good, inclusive fashion for all stages of womanhood.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Development
- Collaborate with our Design Manager to develop garment prototypes and translate creative concepts into commercially viable products.
- collaborate and maintain accurate product specifications, including tech packs, measurements, fabric details, and construction methods.
- Oversee sample development, providing feedback to ensure designs align with the brand’s aesthetic and technical standards.
- Manage the critical path to ensure products are developed and delivered on time for seasonal launches.
- Manage outgoing and incoming packages to and from vendors, distribute/get all packages ready for internal review.
Critical Path
- Manage multiple product development timelines with a focus on efficiency and results.

Ensure projects align with customer requirements and are delivered on schedule.

Maintain detailed documentation of development processes and testing outcomes.
Costing

Provide target prices at Tech Pack handover stage and provide costing knowledge to designers, to ensure the best possible prices without compromising the quality.

Collate costings to review aligned with all product milestone, maximising profitability and quality
Technical Expertise
- Conduct fittings to evaluate garment fit, construction, and functionality and clear communication back to factories
- identify and future proof any potential production issues, offering solutions to ensure garments meet quality and cost objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on new fabrics, technologies, and industry trends to continuously improve product development processes.
Sourcing & Fabric Testing

Source and manage fabrics, trims, and other materials, ensuring premium quality and sustainability & testing standards.

Manage all fabric, trim and sample approvals with Founder and Design team ensuring milestone deadlines are maintained

Conduct rigorous testing for strength, comfort, and durability.

Build and maintain supplier relationships to ensure high-quality resources.
Supplier Management
- Liaise with all partners to ensure clear communication and alignment on expectations
- Review and approve samples at each stage of development, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Support production and address any technical issues that arise and maintain consistency in quality across all products.
Quality Assurance
- Collaborate with tech team to establish and maintain garment quality standards.
- Support with quality checks on pre-production and production samples, addressing any issues promptly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the design, sourcing, and merchandising teams to ensure product alignment with brand goals and market demands.
- Provide technical expertise during design reviews and ensure smooth communication between creative and production teams.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in product development or garment technology within the fashion industry, preferably in multi-product womenswear.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction and fit.
- Proficient in creating and managing detailed tech packs and specifications.
- Experience working with factories and suppliers, with a clear understanding of production processes and timelines.
- Knowledge of fabrics, trims, and finishing techniques.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Excel, and PLM software (or similar tools).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred:
- Experience in developing inclusive, size-diverse garments.

We’re looking for a passionate Customer Experience Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service while optimising customer interactions through data-driven insights. You will oversee all aspects of the customer service function, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and operational efficiency. You will manage customer service inquiries, optimise customer journeys, and lead loyalty initiatives that foster long-term relationships with our customers. By using data and analytics, you will help improve service delivery, streamline processes, and design loyalty programs that increase customer retention and lifetime value.
As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be passionate about offering best in class customer service to our passionate community. You’ll manage customer inquiries across multiple channels, including live chat, email, and social media. Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will also collaborate with internal teams like Production, Marketing, and Digital to enhance the overall customer journey. In addition to handling customer interactions, you will use analytics to monitor satisfaction, improve operational processes, and increase customer lifetime value (CLV).
You’ll lead launches of new tools like live chat, improving NPS, and streamlining returns, creating a seamless and personalised experience for every customer. Whilst leading innovation within the Customer experience department, launching a loyalty program and VIP initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Customer Support Excellence
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries through email, social media, and live chat channels, working to reduce the maximum response time.
- Launch and manage live chat channels.
- Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Stay informed on product details, sizing, promotions, and brand tone of voice to deliver personalised experiences and offer tailored sizing/fit advice.
- Respond to and manage customer reviews, ensuring positive resolutions. Optimise the review process to increase review rate for key products (Junip) and the holistic experience (NPS).
- Live and breathe the Beyond Nine brand and product - you are the customers personal experience of the brand.
Loyalty Program Leadership
- Develop, launch, and manage customer loyalty programs aimed at enhancing customer retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value (CLV).
- Create and implement strategies for segmenting customers based on behavior, ensuring personalized communication and rewards that drive engagement and long-term loyalty.
- Analyze loyalty program performance, using metrics such as participation rates, redemption, and CLV, to optimise and enhance program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Marketing to integrate loyalty initiatives into overall brand campaigns and ensure a seamless customer experience across channels.
- Leverage customer data and feedback to continuously refine loyalty offerings, promotions, and engagement tactics.
Team Work & Collaboration
- Work closely with Production, Marketing, Merchandising, and Digital teams to address customer challenges and improve touchpoints.
- Collaborate with warehouse and courier teams to ensure smooth logistics and transparent communication for customers. Proposing alternative courier alternatives globally and staying at the forefront of competitor options.
- Manage the returns and alterations portal and related processes to ensure a frictionless experience, while monitoring returns data and volumes.
Data-Driven Optimisation
- Collect and analyse customer feedback to identify trends, problem areas, and opportunities for improvement.
- Use metrics such as response times, NPS, and CLV to monitor service performance and optimize customer journeys.
- Set up new customer service analytics and reporting.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports on customer service statistics and insights for the management team.
Operational Excellence
- Develop and refine customer service policies and workflows to improve efficiency.
- Embed a deep understanding of the brand and its products, contributing to both physical product improvements and digital shopping experiences.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Prior experience in customer service within e-commerce retail, at a management level with a focus on loyalty. Required 5 years of experience minimum.
- Proven expertise with Shopify and familiarity with customer service tools like Gorgias or SWAP is beneficial.
- Experience in launching a live chat channel and loyalty program is desirable.
Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and remotely.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and tools such as Shopify is a plus.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering loyalty.
- Knowledge of the brand ethos and products is highly desirable.
- Flexible availability during launch evenings (Wednesday and Sunday, 7-8:30 PM) to address customer queries.

In this newly created role, you’ll report to the Head of Digital and play a key part in driving customer acquisition through paid media and affiliate channels.Working closely with the Brand and PR team, you’ll build and maintain affiliate relationships across departments while managing and challenging our paid media agency. As we transition from a startup to a scale-up, you’ll embrace the dynamic, fast-paced nature of startup life while pushing innovation and efficiencies to fuel our business growth.You’ll thrive in this role if you’re passionate about creating exceptional acquisition experiences, strategically leveraging the right channels to drive meaningful impact for both customers and the business—always with a focus on acquiring new customers.
Responsibilities:
Paid Media Management:
- Analyse, optimise, and report on paid media campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and achieving new customer targets.
- Collaborate and challenge our agency to refine strategies and tactics for paid search, social media, and display ads.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust campaigns to meet business objectives.
- Work closely with the Brand and Content team to maintain a constant creative pipeline to produce engaging and best in industry ads. Ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
Affiliate Marketing:
- Identify and develop strategic relationships with top-performing affiliates. Streamline processes for influencer identification, outreach, and performance tracking.

Budget Optimisation:
- Allocate budgets across paid media and affiliate channels to maximize return on investment.
- Regularly analyse channel performance to ensure spend efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with Creative, Content, and Product teams to ensure messaging aligns across all campaigns. Also align with the PR team to ensure no double up in efforts and both strategies are aligned. Liaise with internal marketing and ecommerce teams to support product launches and other strategic initiatives.
- Provide insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and strategic improvements. Manage cost-efficient spend and forecasting to drive profitable growth.
- Stay informed on industry trends and advancements to ensure strategic testing of channels, achieving optimal ROI, and acquiring high-value new customers effectively.
Skills and Experience:
- At least 7 years of marketing experience, with a focus on managing affiliates, paid media, and ambitious budgets.
- Strong negotiation skills, especially in influencer and affiliate deal-making.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Pinterest, TikTok Ads, and affiliate platforms like Awin, Shopmy, or LTK.
- In-depth knowledge of performance marketing metrics (e.g., CTR, ROAS, CPA) and the ability to confidently report on these to key stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment (desirable but not essential).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A solution-focused and positive outlook, with the ability to maintain strong attention to detail under pressure.
