Social Media Manager 

Salary dependent on experience

Flexible working 2-3 days/week. 

One day in our South London Office (SE4) every fortnight.

We’re looking for a passionate social media manager to join us at Beyond Nine and manage our digital channels. Working closely with our founder on content and strategy to continue to build the Beyond Nine brand. You will play a pivotal role in continuing to build the brand by increasing brand awareness through our digital channels. You will be a self starter, able to work flexibly and multitask. You will be passionate about the brand and our mission of making women feel good.

Key responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all of our social media channels, including email
  • Responsible for strategy - design, implementation and reviewing in line with business strategy
  • Setting objectives and measuring on a monthly basis
  • Plan content effectively
  • Facilitating customer service - directing customers and responding to queries
  • Managing and engaging with our community through comments, DMs, liking photos etc
  • Relationship building with influencers, including managing and overseeing gifting/paid ads
  • Develop and manage competitions
  • Create multimedia content in line with the brand 
  • Revive the journal section of our website - writing engaging blog posts/interviewing inspiring women
  • Monitor and report performance on our social channels
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic
  • Liaise with our digital agency who run our social media ads (experience in digital ads is a bonus)


  • Manage email marketing - emails for launches and develop an email marketing strategy in line with the broader marketing/business strategy


Relevant experience:

  • Proven experience managing social media
  • Hands on experience in creating engaging content - text, video, imagery (editing skills also required)
  • Excellent copywriting skills, and able to fit within brand tone and personality
  • Up to date with latest technologies, releases on digital channels etc
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword search and Google Analytics
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Aware of (and interested in) fashion trends
