DESIGNER– 3/4 Days per week / BRISTOL or LONDON Hybrid working. Fixed term contract TBC. 

At Beyond Nine we have ambitious plans for the future and we’re looking for a talented multi-disciplinary Designer to join us on our journey. We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual with a positive outlook to join our expanding team. The role will work alongside our Designer & Founder building ranges, developing new products, including new product categories. You will be commercial whilst understanding the Beyond Nine customer & handwriting. You will work closely with teams across the business, including production, buying, merchandising and comms. You are used to working with manufacturers, mills, pattern cutters and graders. If you love being busy, are a team player and thrive in a fast paced busy environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identifying trends and conduct market research suitable for Beyond Nine
  • Working with our Designer to create comprehensive range plans
  • Working collaboratively with Merch and Production teams on range planning
  • Preparing documents for monthly sign offs alongside the Designer
  • Working closely with the founder & keeping her updated on development
  • Making sure development is completed in a timely manner
  • Working closely with the Designer to get our Development cycle further ahead
  • Creating fabric designs for our in house linen
  • Creating detailed production sketches and tech packs
  • Proven track record building excellent relationships with suppliers
  • Managing the fit process for garments sending detailed comments to suppliers alongside the garment technician
  • Fabric/trim sourcing

Skills:

  • Multidisciplinary designer ideally specialising in Dresses/soft wovens
  • Experience of working with CMT
  • Min 5 years experience in similar role
  • A team player and able to work collaboratively with other Designers
  • Great attention to detail
  • Self starter/ highly motivated 
  • Proficient in illustrator/photoshop and hand drawing
  • Print experience desirable
  • Proficient in CAD

CRM EXECUTIVE – 5 DAYS A WEEK. Required in the Bristol Office 3 days / week. Salary depending on experience.

The Role: 

At Beyond Nine we have ambitious plans for the future and we’re looking for an impressive CRM Executive to join us on our journey. We are looking for a highly motivated and impressive individual with a positive outlook to join our expanding team. You will be joining Beyond Nine at an exciting growth stage. In this newly created role within the Digital team, you will report to the Head of Digital and be responsible for driving acquisition and retention via email/SMS notifications and new initiatives. You'll operate from our Bristol-based office and work closely with the Brand and Content team and Customer Services team.

As a passionate and technical email marketer, you will prioritise the customer at the centre of decision-making and campaign execution. You will be the type of person who eagerly checks metrics soon after a send and gets excited about new ideas, channels, and campaigns. You will collaborate well with others, bringing a wealth of ideas to kick-off meetings for new campaigns, informed by data and your own inspiration.

As we transition from a startup to a scale-up, you will be nimble and appreciative of startup life while driving innovation and efficiencies forward. You will thrive in a fast-paced work environment, focusing on creating automated life-cycle campaigns that are relevant to our customers, utilizing the right channels at the right time to deliver a meaningful impact to both our customers and the business.

Responsibilities:

Beyond Nine is looking for a proactive, curious, and impactful performance email marketer to:

  • Review and prioritise the highest revenue-generating life cycle initiatives, creating best-in-class email/SMS campaigns across Beyond Nine audiences.
  • Identify customer segments for targeted marketing programs and plan customer offers and incentives to drive performance. Be comfortable with data targeting, segmentation, and analysis - pulling it, manipulating it, and interpreting it.
  • Continually evolve and optimise the weekly marketing email with consistent A/B testing. Ensure content reflects the core brand and trade plan, driving spend, cross-sell, conversion, and retention.
  • Work closely with the Brand and Content team to create and produce a monthly newsletter and implement more branded content within campaigns to balance sales-driven content.
  • Brief copy and implement design using Canva, following Beyond Nine’s brand guidelines.
  • Source and implement improved and new initiatives to drive database acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service team to optimize triggered email campaigns based on feedback.
  • Report on weekly and monthly performance.
  • Conduct and lead loyalty program and Refer-a-Friend scoping projects, implementing them from start to finish and proactively optimizing and managing them once launched.
  • Constantly stay up to date with new initiatives and trends ahead in this area of digital marketing in a variety of industries to ensure we are always proactively ahead of the curve. 
  • Assist the Head of Digital with product upload, visual merchandising and any ad hoc website attendance. Training will be provided in this area. 

Skills and Experience:

  • Proficient in Klaviyo and previously used Shopify. 
  • A minimum of 3 years CRM experience
  • Computer literate with:
    • HTML familiarity (ability to understand where changes need to be made)
    • Technical knowledge in CRM automation development
    • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders groups
    • Data visualisation tools & reporting experience 
  • A solutions focussed positive outlook
  • Able to work under pressure and maintain strong attention to detail
  • A strong understanding of the Beyond Nine customer

COMMUNITY AND SOCIAL EXECUTIVE - 5 DAYS A WEEK. Required in the Bristol Office 3 days / week. Salary depending on experience.

The Role

At Beyond Nine we have ambitious plans for the future and we’re looking for a fashion-focused, strategic, people loving individual to join our brand team to help us continue building and nurturing our loyal community of influencers and customers through our social channels. We have built our brand by building meaningful relationships through our social channels so we’re looking for an individual who cares about our #BeyondNiners as much as we do! 

You’ll be a natural networker, passionate about Beyond Nine and all we do, and keen to join an ambitious and passionate team. The successful individual will hit the ground running, help us launch our affiliate programme and help take our relationships to the next level. This is a new and exciting role and the ideal candidate will thrive on a challenge.

You’ll be working closely with our Head of Brand and Content and PR Manager to identify new creators to work across our product launches from engagement, outreach, lining up gifting opportunities and gathering content from our community to use across all our channels both organic and paid.

You’ll be working on our social channels on a day-to-day basis, from posting content to engaging and nurturing our community to identifying new creators to work with.

Responsibilities:

  • The day-to-day running of our social channels -Instagram and TikTok, potentially Pinterest 
  • Daily engagement and posting of content 
  • Influencer outreach and identifying new opportunities for future collabs 
  • Community management
  • Managing the gifting process 
  • Managing our content library from our creators to ensure we have a steady stream of creator content to support product launches 
  • Managing our affiliate programme  on LTK and Awin 
  • Creating reports to feedback insights to the wider team 
  • Supporting with events and pop-ups 
  • Supporting the PR manager with press outreach

Skills and Experience:

  • 2/3 years of Social Media management across Instagram and TikTok  
  • Influencer outreach and relationship building 
  • Affiliate marketing - LTK and Awin experience preferred 
  • Analytical and results-focused using both GA4 and gathering insights from other affiliate tools
  • Working with Paid Partnerships
  • Commercially focused 
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience in writing PR and press releases
  • Supporting with press events and pop-ups
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • A good eye for detail
