- Required in the Bristol office 3 days/week, with occasional evening or weekend requirements.
The Role
- In collaboration with the Head of Creative, develop and execute a global organic social media strategy aligned with the brand and wider business goals.
- Lead and mentor 1-2 direct reports, nurturing a collaborative and high performing team.
- Take ownership of the social media calendar, ensuring a platform-native approach.
- Oversee community management, maintaining brand tone of voice.
- Partner with internal teams to amplify key brand moments and events.
- Monitor performance analytics and use insights to guide content strategy and channel optimisation.
- Collaborate with Performance Marketing to ensure organic social content informs high-performing paid social creative.
- Stay informed on platform trends and developments and maintain relationships with social media partners.
Required experience
- 4-5 years experience managing social media for a lifestyle or fashion brand, with a detailed understanding of platform trends and best practices.
- Experience collaborating and aligning with internal stakeholders.
- Experience briefing creative teams.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
