If you are tall (5ft8 or over) then please choose one size larger for extra length in the body.
We have several styles that work particularly well if you’re tall or have a long torso. Many of our taller customers love Laura, as she offers ample length. Ottie is also a great choice, with adjustable shoulder straps for added length. Additionally, our linen pieces provide generous room in the rise for extra comfort.

We use organic and natural fabrics. If there are any synthetic fibers in the garment, these will have been included with careful consideration taking into account factors such as, longevity of the garment, stability of the fabric, and making the garment fit for purpose (i.e. sometimes our jumpsuits need a bit of stretch to make them adaptable for your needs).
Jersey is a low maintenance fabric and will last well if cared for.
It's better for the fabric and the environment to spot clean where possible and machine wash when necessary. Jersey needs to be washed inside out on a gentle cycle at 30 with similar colours, avoiding optical brighteners. Re-shape while damp and dry flat or on the line inside out. Please do not tumble dry as this may cause shrinkage and colour fade. Please expect 5% shrinkage on the first few washes.
Linen naturally seizes up after washing but softens with ironing, wear and time.
It is better for the garments and the environment to spot wash where possible and only machine wash when absolutely necessary. Please wash inside out on a delicate cycle at 30 with similar colours. Do not use optical brighteners as it weakens the natural fibres we use. Line dry, inside out. Please do not tumble dry as this also weakens the fibres and can cause shrinkage. The colour will naturally fade over time but the garment will last longest and brightest if cared for properly. Please expect up to 5% shrinkage on the first few washes.
It is better for denim and the environment to spot wash where possible and machine wash only when necessary. If you do need to machine wash please do so inside out on a cool cycle and with similar colours, washing with cold water helps prevent shrinkage and colour fading. Please avoid use of optical brighteners or fabric softeners when washing and line dry afterwards. Please do not tumble dry but our denim can be warm ironed inside out once dry. Please expect some natural fading over time, they'll take on a worn look that is unique to you, like a favourite pair of jeans should.
Cupro pieces are made from beautiful silky soft 100% Cupro, a regenerated cellulose fabric made from cotton wastage. It’s better for the fabric and the environment to spot clean and give a good airing whenever possible and only wash when absolutely necessary.
Cupro is recommended for more elevated wear rather than day to day, in order to ensure the fabric isn't put under a lot of stress.
If you do need to wash cupro please cool hand wash. Washing with cold water will help prevent shrinkage and colour fading. Please do not use optical brighteners or fabric softeners. Dry me flat in the original shape, do not tumble dry. Steaming is the best way to get rid of any wrinkles, hover the iron over your cupro using the steam setting or press using the lowest temperature setting. Do not hang in your wardrobe as this will alter the shape, please fold instead. Please expect up to 5% shrinkage on the first few washes.
Our knitwear is made from Extrafine Merino Wool and Cashmere, take care of these pieces and they will last. It’s better for fabric and the environment to spot clean and give a good airing whenever possible and only wash when absolutely necessary.
If you do need to wash please hand wash cold and do not use any optical brighteners or fabric softeners. Reshape whilst damp and dry lying flat. Please never put in the tumble dryer. Always fold your knitwear for storage - hanging will distort the shape. Take care to avoid snagging - make sure you remove your jewellery when taking on and off. Use of knitwear comb is recommended to manage natural pilling that will occur due to the soft natural yarn.
Royal Mail Standard Tracked: 3–5 working days.
Royal Mail 24hr: Next working day if ordered before 1 pm Mon–Fri.
Royal Mail Special Delivery: By 1 pm next day (including Saturday) if ordered before 1 pm Mon–Fri; orders after 1 pm dispatch the next working day.
We use Royal Mail for UK orders, providing a tracking link once your order is shipped. International orders are shipped via DHL, typically arriving in 2–5 days.
We hope you love your order, but if not, you have 14 days to register a return and another 14 days to send it back.
For the UK, we offer a free exchange on your order and these dispatch 2-3 working days after your return is received back at our warehouse. For sizing help, contact info@beyondnine.co.uk. For returns, a £4 postage fee will be deducted from your refund. Submit your return or exchange via our portal HERE.
Upon receiving your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. The credit will be applied to your original payment method and may take 3-5 days to reach your account, depending on your bank.
International orders are non-returnable. All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and therefore are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

International orders are shipped DHL express at a cost of £25.
Please note there may be duties and taxes applied to your order by your country on arrival and these are not covered by Beyond Nine.

Exchange items are dispatched within 2-3 working days of the original order arriving back to our warehouse. The team then quality check each item before processing refunds and releasing exchanges.
Your exchange item will be sent Royal mail 48 and should arrive 2 working days after release, Royal Mail will send you tracking information once they have your parcel and we'll also email you directly to let you now it's on the way.
Refunds will be processed upon receiving your return, within 5 working days. The credit will be applied to your original payment method and may take 3–5 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
Yes. Please head to our Return portal HERE to return an exchanged order, please note the order number may begin with an SW- prefix.
Please note there is a £4 fee to return an exchanged item to us for refund.

SOJO is the online tailoring platform for people and fashion brands, working to create a more sustainable fashion future.
We offer alterations on all our clothing items. When using the online booking flow, customers will be shown all our service options along with instructions on how to get the perfect fit (by matching, pinning or measuring). The SOJO team are able to answer any queries via email at support@sojo.uk, or via a free video consultation.
