EXTENDED RETURNS:

Orders placed from 2nd December have until 5th January to be returned.

Delivery in the UK is a standard rate of £5.50 via Royal Mail and takes 3-5 working days. If you order additional items with a pre order item, all items will be shipped with your pre order. Orders are not able to be part shipped. UK Shipping is on us when you spend over £150. Royal Mail 24 hour Tracked is next working day delivery on orders placed before 1pm Mon-Fri. Royal Mail Special Delivery is next working day (incl. Saturday) before 1pm on orders placed before 1pm Mon-Fri.

If you're located in the Channel Islands, please contact our customer service team at info@beyondnine.co.uk to request a return slip as manual return process is required.

International shipping is via DHL at £25. Delivery times will vary. Please note there may be duties, taxes and tariffs applied to your order by your country and these need to be paid in advance before the parcel is released. These charges are not covered by Beyond Nine. Please check the import duties, taxes and tariffs as well as any other charges or limits online prior to ordering. Beyond Nine is not responsible for loss or damage of an item(s). 

International customers are responsible for covering any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred if a parcel is refused or returned to us for any reason.

 If the tax fees exceed the order value, an additional invoice will be issued to the customer.

International shipping may be subject to delays due to customs procedures in the destination country.

We are not able to mark merchandise as a 'gift' or of 'no commercial value'

All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and therefore are not eligible for a refund or exchange. If you have any queries regarding sizing, colour or fit before purchasing, please email info@beyondnine.co.uk.
