Shipping

Shipping in the UK is a standard rate of £4.95 via Royal Mail and takes 3-5 working days. If you order additional items with a pre order item, all items will be shipped with your pre order. Orders are not able to be part shipped. UK Shipping is on us when you spend over £150. Royal Mail 24 hour Tracked is next working day delivery on orders placed before 1pm Mon-Fri. Royal Mail Special Delivery is next working day (incl. Saturday) before 1pm on orders placed before 1pm Mon-Fri.

International shipping is via DHL or Royal Mail at £25. Delivery times will vary. For all orders shipping outside of the UK, the recipient is responsible for any taxes or duties incurred, these will be collected at the point of delivery. Beyond Nine is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. Please note, Beyond Nine is unable to provide the amount of taxes or duties that may be charged on delivery. Beyond Nine is not responsible for loss or damage of an item(s).

International shipping may be subject to delays due to customs procedures in the destination country.

We are not able to mark merchandise as a 'gift' or of 'no commercial value'
