International shipping is via DHL or Royal Mail at £25. Delivery times will vary. Returns & Exchanges
We really hope you love everything you order from us but if it’s not for you, you have 14 days from receiving your delivery to send it back to us. To be eligible for a return please ensure your item(s) are in the same perfect condition as you received them, unworn and with tags/stickers attached. If your item is not returned in an unworn condition, we will not be able to accept your return and your item will be returned to you. After 14 days have passed we unfortunately can't offer you a refund or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so please make sure you obtain proof of postage and insurance as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
International orders are non-returnable. All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and therefore are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure it fits our return policy. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt and an automatic refund email sent. Please note it could take 3-5 days for our fulfilment centre to process your return from the date it reaches them.
The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment and can take 3-5 days to reach your account depending on your bank provider.
If you require an exchange for another size or style then please clearly state the details on the returns form provided. We can’t hold stock so your exchange will be fulfilled once your return arrives and if the stock is available. If a product is not in stock for exchange then you’ll receive a full refund.
This jumpsuit is gorgeous! Great quality and so comfy and stylish. Perfect on its own or layered for the cold weather. I will be buying this is other colours. Im a size 16 and ordered 2XL, I could probably size down but I love all my clothing oversized and slouchy. Literally can't wait to wear it!
I was 28 weeks pregnant when I ordered this and looking at the sizing information I thought I could use a size medium however it wasn’t quite right and with a changing shape I realised I’d have to go a size up. Returns are expensive and must be paid for by the customer and you will need insurance. Be as careful as you can prior to ordering. In my opinion returns/exchanges should be free given all the items on this site are expensive. Cheaper sites offer that service and free exchanges are a given with most brands it’s the post and sizing that needs to change.

We are sorry to hear you were disappointed by the returns cost. It's absolutely worth noting that we do ask customers to pay for their own tracked returns currently, as detailed on our website. To offer some context for that decision, this is because the cost of returns isn't factored into our garment pricing, unlike some other retailers and we also take care to steam and press all returned items before returning to stock.
