It's better for the environment to spot clean your linen whenever possible and only wash when absolutely necessary. We recommend washing your linen inside out at 30 degrees when you need to and to line dry only. Do not use any optical brighteners as it weakens the fibres of linen. Do not tumble dry as this will lead to shrinkage.

Please note linen seizes up after washing and can feel quite stiff but with a gentle iron and wear it'll soften and relax quickly.

Expect up to 5% shrinkage after the first few washes.

Hella is 5'11 or 180cm, is a UK 8 and wears a size XS.

Our pieces are designed with both comfort and style in mind, adapting to changing bodies with a generous fit. If you are pregnant you may wish to choose one size up if you'd like it to fit until the end of your pregnancy.

Sizing on our pieces can vary slightly depending on the style and fabric you choose, if you'd like exact measurements please reach out to us on info@beyondnine.co.uk and we can offer size and fit advice prior to ordering.

A few things to remember:

If you’re returning items from multiple orders, please send each order back separately. Our fulfilment centre can only process one order number per parcel.
Exchanges can only be processed once. If your exchanged item still isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return it for a refund and place a new order.
Once your return arrives with us, refunds are processed within 5 working days. Depending on your bank, it can take an additional 3–5 working days for the funds to appear back in your account.

Bust

Measure the bust line at the fullest part of your chest. Pull the tape as tight as you can without changing the shape of your breasts.

Waist

Wrap the measuring tape around your torso at the smallest part of your waist. Typically this is an inch or so above your belly button and is also known as the natural waistline.

Hips

Wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of the seat.
