    Care Instructions

    Wash gently at 30 degrees. Do not use optical brighteners. Reshape whilst damp if needed. Line dry inside out, do not tumble dry.

    Shipping in the UK is a standard rate of £4.95 via Royal Mail and takes 3-5 working days. If you order additional items with a pre order item, all items will be shipped with your pre order.

    International shipping is via DHL or Royal Mail at £25. Delivery times will vary. For all orders shipping outside of the UK, the recipient is responsible for any taxes or duties incurred, these will be collected at the point of delivery. Beyond Nine is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. Please note, Beyond Nine is unable to provide the amount of taxes or duties that may be charged on delivery. Beyond Nine is not responsible for loss or damage of an item(s).

    All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and therefore are not eligible for a refund or exchange. If you have any queries regarding sizing, colour or fit before purchasing, please email info@beyondnine.co.uk.

    Pre-Orders: If you have ordered in stock product with your pre order, all purchases will ship with your pre order. Orders are not able to be part shipped.


    We are unable to combine or change orders after your transaction has been made. Please do take extra care when ordering.

    Returns

    We hope you love your order, but if not, you have 14 days to register a return and another 14 days to send it back.

    For the UK, we offer one free exchange. For sizing help, contact info@beyondnine.co.uk. For returns, a £4 postage fee will be deducted from your refund. Submit your return or exchange via our portal HERE.

    Upon receiving your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. The credit will be applied to your original payment method and may take 3-5 days to reach your account, depending on your bank.

    Great quality, fit and service!

    Love the bits I brought and feel great in them. Easy to wash and quality of fabric is great! Will be buying again - sizing does run big would size down.

    Gorgeous top!

    Absolutely love this top! I had to size up quite a bit, I’m a M in the trousers and a 2XL in the top, otherwise it would be way too short on me. This size is perfect, including shrinkage. Love!!

    I LOVE this top. It pairs perfectly with all my Beyond Nine trousers - the perfect length, super easy to lift up for breast feeding, not too tight on the armpits, just all around gorgeous. The material is so comfortable too. I don’t have a linen version yet, but I’m fully sold now. Jersey is perfect at the moment though since it’s so easy to clean, especially if like me you have a little baby spitting up on you regularly lol. Would highly recommend!
