    Care Instructions

    Wash inside out gently on a cool cycle, with similar colours. Reshape whilst damp if required, dry flat and do not tumble dry. Expect some colour transfer and fading and up to 5% shrinkage on the first few washes.

    Shipping

    Shipping in the UK is a standard rate of £4.95 via Royal Mail and takes 3-5 working days. If you order additional items with a pre order item, all items will be shipped with your pre order.

    UK Shipping is on us when you spend over £150.


    International shipping is via DHL or Royal Mail at £25. Delivery times will vary. For all orders shipping outside of the UK, the recipient is responsible for any taxes or duties incurred, these will be collected at the point of delivery. Beyond Nine is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. Please note, Beyond Nine is unable to provide the amount of taxes or duties that may be charged on delivery. Beyond Nine is not responsible for loss or damage of an item(s).

    Pre-Orders: If you have ordered in stock product with your pre order, all purchases will ship with your pre order. Orders are not able to be part shipped.


    We are unable to combine or change orders after your transaction has been made. Please do take extra care when ordering.

    Returns

    We really hope you love everything with your order but if it’s not for you, you have 14 days from receiving your delivery to send it back to us. 

    If you want to return your order for a refund, a postage cost of £3.50 will apply. The postage cost will automatically be deducted from the refund at the time we issue it to you. 

    Please submit your return via our easy to use Royal Mail returns portal HERE. 

    We offer one free exchange, for any help with sizing, please contact info@beyondnine.co.uk. We are here to help. If a product is not in stock for exchange then you’ll receive a full refund.

    Once we receive your return we will process your refund within 5 working days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment and can take 3-5 working days to reach your account depending on your bank provider.

    International orders are non-returnable. All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and therefore are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

    I absolutely adore this jumpsuit! It's denim but so so soft and comfortable. Fab fit too! I'm an Endometriosis sufferer, so on my bloated days, it is just wonderful to wear!
    I'm nit one to usually wear a jumpsuit but on day one I got 2 compliments in public from random people - made me feel awesome wearing it!

    I will certainly be buying another jumpsuit soon - thank youuuuuu x

    Love them but could do with a petite size.

    Love this jumpsuit but the overall fit is too tall for me. I’m 5’2” and the straps are too long so the chest section sits far too low. I’ve had them altered to take the straps in about 1.5 inches and now they are perfect.otherwise they fit fine. I’m usually a 12-14.

    Comfortable and stylish!

    I couldn't decide what size to get and read the reviews which mentioned size down. I am a size 10 woman in my mid-fifties, so I bought the size 6-8 and I'm so glad I did as the size up would have been too large! One shoulder strap does slip down occasionally but doesn't spoil wearing this beauty! The denim is a great weight and will last for years. It washes well, too. I'm 165 cm so I roll the legs up a couple of times so I can show off my DMs and colourful socks. I'm on the waitlist for the blue pair now!

    Great Jumpsuit

    I do love this jumpsuit. I originally ordered an M but it was huge…I’m a size 14 … so I ordered a S and even this is a little large but I’ve kept it. I will get the straps taken up as they keep falling down. For reference I’m not wearing for pregnancy.
