I am made from extra fine Merino Wool and Cashmere, take care of me and I will last. It’s better for me and the environment to spot clean me and give me a good airing whenever possible and only wash me when absolutely necessary. If you do need to wash me, I need to be hand washed cold and I do not like any optical brighteners or fabric softeners. Reshape me whilst damp and dry lying flat. I do not like the tumble dryer. Always fold your knitwear for storage - hanging will distort my shape. Take care of me to avoid snagging - make sure you remove your jewellery when taking on and off. Use of knitwear comb is recommended to manage natural pilling that will occur as I am a soft natural yarn.

UK standard shipping is £4.95 via Royal Mail, with delivery in 3-5 working days. Next day options are available at checkout. Enjoy free UK shipping on orders over £150.

International shipping is £25 via DHL or Royal Mail, with delivery times varying. The recipient is responsible for any taxes or duties, collected at delivery. Beyond Nine is not liable for customs fees or item loss/damage. Shipping may be delayed due to customs procedures, and we cannot mark items as 'gift' or 'no commercial value.

We hope you love your order, but if not, you have 14 days to register a return and another 14 days to send it back.
