UK Shipping:

UK Standard Shipping: £5.50 (3–5 working days via Royal Mail)
Free UK shipping on orders over £150
Next-day delivery available before 1pm (Mon–Fri)

 

International shipping: Is available via DHL for £25. Customers in the USA, Canada, and EU.

For orders shipped to the USA, Canada, and Europe, all taxes and duties are included in the purchase price (for orders placed from 20 May 2026 onwards). You will not be charged any additional import fees on delivery. 

Customers in countries outside the USA, Canada, and EU will be required to pay customs duties, taxes, or other import charges, which are the responsibility of the customer. 

Please note that orders containing pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are available.

We hope you love your order, but if it’s not quite right, we’ve made returns and exchanges as easy as possible.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to register a return or exchange, and a further 14 days to send your item(s) back to us.

  • Returns: £4 with Royal mail and £5 with InPost
  • Exchanges: Your first exchange is free


International Return Orders:

Customers in the USA, Canada, and Europe can return items for a refund using our returns portal - countries outside of these regions cannot return orders.

A few things to remember:
  • If you’re returning items from multiple orders, please send each order back separately. Our fulfilment centre can only process one order number per parcel.
  • Exchanges can only be processed once. If your exchanged item still isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return it for a refund and place a new order.
  • Once your return arrives with us, refunds are processed within 5 working days. Depending on your bank, it can take an additional 3–5 working days for the funds to appear back in your account.
