International returns

International Orders:

Customers in the USA, Canada, and Europe can return items for a refund using our returns portal.

We hope you love your order, but if it’s not quite right, you have 14 days from receiving your order to register your return for a refund, and a further 14 days to send it back to us.
  • US returns: £20
  • EU returns: £15
  • CA returns: £20
A few things to remember:
  • If you’re returning items from multiple orders, please send each order back separately. Our fulfilment centre can only process one order number per parcel.
  • Exchanges can only be processed once. If your exchanged item still isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return it for a refund and place a new order.
  • Once your return arrives with us, refunds are processed within 5 working days. Depending on your bank, it can take an additional 3–5 working days for the funds to appear back in your account.
Customers in countries outside the USA, Canada, and EU will be required to pay customs duties, taxes, or other import charges, which are the responsibility of the customer. 

We are unable to combine or change orders after your transaction has been made. Please do take extra care when ordering.
