Life Beyond November 25

I can’t quite believe we’re heading into the final stretch of the year – how did that happen so quickly? This month, I wanted to share a few things I’ve been loving, what’s coming up for December (and beyond), and some small discoveries – from favourite new finds to spicy jams and the most inspiring studio visit.

So, grab a cup of something hot (or maybe light your Beyond Nine candle) and settle in – this is what’s been on my radar this month.

Claudie Denim Jeans

I’m really loving the Claudie jeans that have just dropped in two very classic Beyond Nine colours, bronzed hay and navy. They’re made from lovely heavy-weight denim and feel like real statement trousers with their oversized barrel-leg and utilitarian pockets.

Reset Candle & Matilda Goad matchbox sleeve

I’m currently sitting at my desk with our Reset candle burning, and it reminded me what a perfect present it makes. If you know someone who needs a bit of me-time and loves lighting a candle during the colder months (who doesn’t?), this one might just be the gift. Pair it with a Matilda Goad matchbox (the new mini silver with blue lapis stone is on my wishlist) and you’ve got the perfect present.

Daisy Jersey Trousers

My most-worn item this month is still the Daisy trousers, at least until I can get my hands on the Pascale pair. Right now, I’m wearing the Barbie pink ones we launched a few years back – they’re bringing some colour to this grey day. But honestly, it’s the warmth that keeps me reaching for them all winter long.

Clover Jumpsuit

I’ve got my eye on the Clover jumpsuit for those “what day is it?” days between the 25th and New Year, when you’re full of cheese, chocolate and Christmas cake. It has this relaxed horse-shoe shape in the leg (like our beloved Daisy trousers) and is the perfect piece for mooching around and still feeling put together.

If, like me, your body rejects any kind of ear piercing (don’t ask), the Otiumberg earcuffs are the perfect alternative. I have the Wave Cuff and it hasn’t left my ear since.

Single Variety Jalapeño Jam

I just upgraded to an industrial-sized jar of the Single Variety Jalapeño Jam after demolishing the small one in a week. It’s sweet, spicy, and completely addictive. I’ve been putting it on everything from my morning eggs to pizza. You have to try it… just be warned, you’ll be hooked.

Beata Heuman’s Open Studio

Last month, Lauren (our Head of Design at Beyond Nine) and I visited Beata Heuman’s Open Studio in Hammersmith, and I honestly couldn’t sleep that night because I was so inspired. Beata has this incredible way of playing with colour, texture, and space that feels joyful but so considered. Every detail was just… wow.

I’m even thinking about taking my mum to the next one in December because I loved it so much. Maybe see you there?

2026

We’re in the process of renovating our new studio space – finally a proper home for Beyond Nine! The plan is to start hosting community events from February, which we’re so excited about. It feels like the start of something really special, and we can’t wait to welcome you in.

So a little snapshot of what’s new, what’s inspiring me, and what’s ahead for Beyond Nine. Thanks, as always, for being part of this journey and chat next month!
