    Care Instructions

    Wash inside out, gently on a cool cycle, with similar colours. Reshape whilst damp if required, dry flat and do not tumble dry. Expect some colour transfer and fading and up to 5% shrinkage on the first few washes.

    Shipping

    Shipping in the UK is a standard rate of £4.95 via Royal Mail and takes 3-5 working days. If you order additional items with a pre order item, all items will be shipped with your pre order.

    UK Shipping is on us when you spend over £150.


    International shipping is via DHL or Royal Mail at £25. Delivery times will vary. For all orders shipping outside of the UK, the recipient is responsible for any taxes or duties incurred, these will be collected at the point of delivery. Beyond Nine is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. Please note, Beyond Nine is unable to provide the amount of taxes or duties that may be charged on delivery. Beyond Nine is not responsible for loss or damage of an item(s).

    All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and therefore are not eligible for a refund or exchange. If you have any queries regarding sizing, colour or fit before purchasing, please email info@beyondnine.co.uk.

    Pre-Orders: If you have ordered in stock product with your pre order, all purchases will ship with your pre order. Orders are not able to be part shipped.


    We are unable to combine or change orders after your transaction has been made. Please do take extra care when ordering.

    Returns

    We really hope you love everything with your order but if it’s not for you, you have 14 days from receiving your delivery to register your return via our online portal and a further 14 days to return the item back to us. 

    If you want to return your order for a refund, a postage cost of £3.50 will apply. The postage cost will automatically be deducted from the refund at the time we issue it to you. 

    Please submit your return via our easy to use Royal Mail returns portal HERE. 

    We offer one free exchange, for any help with sizing, please contact info@beyondnine.co.uk. We are here to help. If a product is not in stock for exchange then you’ll receive a full refund.

    Once we receive your return we will process your refund within 5 working days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment and can take 3-5 working days to reach your account depending on your bank provider.

    International orders are non-returnable. All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and therefore are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

    Great trousers

    I ordered the Small and Extra small of these as unsure what size I would be (I am a size 10 & 30 weeks pregnant). The extra small definitely fit better, still with room for bump to grow. They are a looser style, hoping they will still look good post-partum but know I’m going to get lots of wear out of them in the meantime!

    Comfy, generous sizing

    I originally ordered the size medium, since it's my standard size, but when it arrived it was too big. Since the elastic can stretch very much, it can accommodate a broad size range. Check the measurements carefully. Now I have the correct size and they are very comfortable and great for layering. I love how you can wear them at different points of your waist and the elastic is soft.

    Perfect trousers

    These are my fourth pair of trousers and I'm in love. I suffer from endometriosis, bloating etc so need comfortable trousers. These are comfortable but also stylish and can be dressed up and down. Love them!
