    Care Instructions

    Wash inside out, gently on a cool cycle, with similar colours. Reshape whilst damp if required, dry flat and do not tumble dry. Expect some colour transfer and fading and up to 5% shrinkage on the first few washes.

    Shipping

    Shipping in the UK is a standard rate of £4.95 via Royal Mail and takes 3-5 working days. If you order additional items with a pre order item, all items will be shipped with your pre order.

    UK Shipping is on us when you spend over £150.


    International shipping is via DHL or Royal Mail at £25. Delivery times will vary. For all orders shipping outside of the UK, the recipient is responsible for any taxes or duties incurred, these will be collected at the point of delivery. Beyond Nine is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. Please note, Beyond Nine is unable to provide the amount of taxes or duties that may be charged on delivery. Beyond Nine is not responsible for loss or damage of an item(s).

    Returns

    We really hope you love everything with your order but if it’s not for you, you have 14 days from receiving your delivery to register your return via our online portal and a further 14 days to return the item back to us.

    If you want to return your order for a refund, a postage cost of £3.50 will apply. The postage cost will automatically be deducted from the refund at the time we issue it to you. 

    Please submit your return via our easy to use Royal Mail returns portal HERE. 

    We offer one free exchange, for any help with sizing, please contact info@beyondnine.co.uk. We are here to help. If a product is not in stock for exchange then you’ll receive a full refund.

    Once we receive your return we will process your refund within 5 working days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment and can take 3-5 working days to reach your account depending on your bank provider.

    International orders are non-returnable. All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and therefore are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

    Fine, wildly overpriced in my opinion

    This is my second purchase of beyond nine, and while the items are good, look nice - I genuinely think they are wildly overpriced. I do also think that it impossible to have a garment that you can wear as everyday, when you’re pregnant and post. I’ve had size xs - too big until heavily pregnant. XXS - fits my usual size, not when pregnant.

Our prices are higher than some high street brands, this price is carefully considered and is reflective of the costs of good quality fabrics and manufacturing ethically in the UK and Europe, we try to keep them representative of the care and work that goes into our peices while still covering our costs as a small business.
    I'm sorry to hear you were slightly between sizes in trousers, I appreciate your feedback there. We do our best to ensure a good fit for the duration of pregnancy but as all bodies are different and some customers fall between sizes it can be tricky to guarantee this for everyone.
    I hope you love your Mabels and that if you kep a pair you continue to love them for many years post partum and the cost per wear continues to drop.

    Great quality, sadly not the right fit for me

    Bought as a set but sadly had to return, the Mabel style unfortunately doesn’t seem to suit me, Im a size 8 and have very narrow hips. But looks great on others and very good quality like all Beyond Nine products

    Thanks for taking the time to review. We have found that some people prefer Huxley or Daisy to Mabel as both those styles are narrower through the hip, we don't have those in denim yet but could be worth a try in linen. Hope this is helpful for you.

    Amazing! Love them!

    I currently only have cupro pairs (espresso and leopard) and am awaiting delivery of my first linen pair. So I cannot compare currently to the linen sizing. What I can say is, firstly they are such a lovely denim shade, I’ve worn them several times in the last fortnight and they’re just the most comfy and flattering trousers. I’m 4 months postpartum and had a C-section and still can’t bear a fitting waistband so elastic is the way forward. These are just perfect for when I want a “Jean” look. I do however iron the pockets flat to the inside - I personally hate pockets on trousers as they add unnecessary bulk to the hips. I’m tempted to have them removed and sewn up. But if you love pockets these are big ones! What I would say is they do run slightly smaller than the cupro in the waistband. I have a decent amount of junk in my trunk and I have to inch them over my bum but with the cupro there is way more stretch. I couldn’t have worn these pregnant unless they were well under the bump. There’s not a lot in the waistband at all. Cupro you’ve got loads of give. For reference I’m a 10 waist/12 bum and wear a small.
