    Care Instructions

    Wash inside out, gently on a cool cycle, with similar colours. Reshape whilst damp if required, dry flat and do not tumble dry. Expect some colour transfer and fading and up to 5% shrinkage on the first few washes.

    Shipping

    Shipping in the UK is a standard rate of £4.95 via Royal Mail and takes 3-5 working days. If you order additional items with a pre order item, all items will be shipped with your pre order.

    UK Shipping is on us when you spend over £150.


    International shipping is via DHL or Royal Mail at £25. Delivery times will vary. For all orders shipping outside of the UK, the recipient is responsible for any taxes or duties incurred, these will be collected at the point of delivery. Beyond Nine is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. Please note, Beyond Nine is unable to provide the amount of taxes or duties that may be charged on delivery. Beyond Nine is not responsible for loss or damage of an item(s).

    Pre-Orders: If you have ordered in stock product with your pre order, all purchases will ship with your pre order. Orders are not able to be part shipped.


    We are unable to combine or change orders after your transaction has been made. Please do take extra care when ordering.

    Returns

    We really hope you love everything with your order but if it’s not for you, you have 14 days from receiving your delivery to register your return via our online portal and a further 14 days to return the item back to us.

    If you want to return your order for a refund, a postage cost of £3.50 will apply. The postage cost will automatically be deducted from the refund at the time we issue it to you. 

    Please submit your return via our easy to use Royal Mail returns portal HERE. 

    We offer one free exchange, for any help with sizing, please contact info@beyondnine.co.uk. We are here to help. If a product is not in stock for exchange then you’ll receive a full refund.

    Once we receive your return we will process your refund within 5 working days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment and can take 3-5 working days to reach your account depending on your bank provider.

    International orders are non-returnable. All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and therefore are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

    So comfy but sizing a bit off

    I originally bought XS (i’m a size 10 pre-pregnancy) but quickly realised they wouldn’t last long fit wise with pregnancy as the waist band was already feeling tight in my late first trimester - not much give compared to the other trousers at Beyond Nine, so I exchanged for a S. A shame as they did look really great! The S is much better on the waist but they’re absolutely huge and not very flattering sadly - they bury me so I won’t wear these post pregnancy which is a shame given the price. If the trousers had more give in the waistband to grow with you for the first two trimesters, I would’ve stuck with the XS and given 5-stars and could continue to wear them post pregnancy too. Sizing is tricky and hard to get for right for these ones if pregnant, an issue I don’t have with other Beyond Nine trousers.

    Size up!

    I ordered same size as my linen Mabel’s (which fit perfectly), and Rowan denim trousers, however these chambrays came up so much smaller around my stomach and body length sitting lower on the hips rather than waist like the others. Sizing is disappointing, returning. Also disappointing to be out of pocket for postage when following the size guide and disparity of sizing with other same style garments.

    We've had a couple of customers feedback the denim comes up snugger than linen and we've taken this feedback on board and made adjustments for future re-stocks in this style. We work hard to keep sizing as standard as possible but it can be tricky when changing fabrics in a familiar style due to the new fabric behavng differently on the waistband.

    I've emailed you directly to try and resolve this disappointment and hopefully you'll find something else in future you love.

    Lovely item and extremely comfortable to wear although, I could probably have gotten away with the next size down. I will probably look at the possibility of tailoring them slightly to make them less ‘wide’ but that’s my personal preference.

    I have 3 different colours in this style all the same size. The denim ones come up shorter than the others.
