    Care Instructions

    Wash inside out, gently on a cool cycle, with similar colours. Reshape whilst damp if required, dry flat and do not tumble dry. Expect some colour transfer and fading and up to 5% shrinkage on the first few washes.

    Shipping

    Shipping in the UK is a standard rate of £4.95 via Royal Mail and takes 3-5 working days. If you order additional items with a pre order item, all items will be shipped with your pre order.

    UK Shipping is on us when you spend over £150.


    International shipping is via DHL or Royal Mail at £25. Delivery times will vary. For all orders shipping outside of the UK, the recipient is responsible for any taxes or duties incurred, these will be collected at the point of delivery. Beyond Nine is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. Please note, Beyond Nine is unable to provide the amount of taxes or duties that may be charged on delivery. Beyond Nine is not responsible for loss or damage of an item(s).

    Pre-Orders: If you have ordered in stock product with your pre order, all purchases will ship with your pre order. Orders are not able to be part shipped.


    We are unable to combine or change orders after your transaction has been made. Please do take extra care when ordering.

    Returns

    We really hope you love everything with your order but if it’s not for you, you have 14 days from receiving your delivery to register your return via our online portal and a further 14 days to return the item back to us.

    If you want to return your order for a refund, a postage cost of £3.50 will apply. The postage cost will automatically be deducted from the refund at the time we issue it to you. 

    Please submit your return via our easy to use Royal Mail returns portal HERE. 

    We offer one free exchange, for any help with sizing, please contact info@beyondnine.co.uk. We are here to help. If a product is not in stock for exchange then you’ll receive a full refund.

    Once we receive your return we will process your refund within 5 working days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment and can take 3-5 working days to reach your account depending on your bank provider.

    International orders are non-returnable. All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and therefore are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

    It fits lovely, I also think the small would look great too.

    Perfect Summer Top

    I love this shape of top and already have the black linen so I knew this would be a winner for me. I’m a size 16, usually a L in Beyond Nine, but sized up to an XL in this top and it fits just right. I particularly like that the armholes are not low and loose, so my bra is covered. It’s a cropped length, so I plan to wear this with my black linen Mabels and high waisted skirts, maybe even layered over long sleeve tops in Autumn.

    Love the idea of the top just not quite right

    I loved the colour of the denim and the style in principle, however when I tried it on, it just did suit me. The cut of the straps didn't quite sit right on me and I felt the top made my boobs (which aren't massive) look might larger than they were. Sad to have to send it back.
