    Care Instructions

    Wash inside out, gently on a cool cycle, with similar colours. Reshape whilst damp if required, dry flat and do not tumble dry. Expect some colour transfer and fading and up to 5% shrinkage on the first few washes.

    Shipping

    Shipping in the UK is a standard rate of £4.95 via Royal Mail and takes 3-5 working days. If you order additional items with a pre order item, all items will be shipped with your pre order.

    UK Shipping is on us when you spend over £150.


    International shipping is via DHL or Royal Mail at £25. Delivery times will vary. For all orders shipping outside of the UK, the recipient is responsible for any taxes or duties incurred, these will be collected at the point of delivery. Beyond Nine is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. Please note, Beyond Nine is unable to provide the amount of taxes or duties that may be charged on delivery. Beyond Nine is not responsible for loss or damage of an item(s).

    All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and therefore are not eligible for a refund or exchange. If you have any queries regarding sizing, colour or fit before purchasing, please email info@beyondnine.co.uk.

    Pre-Orders: If you have ordered in stock product with your pre order, all purchases will ship with your pre order. Orders are not able to be part shipped.


    We are unable to combine or change orders after your transaction has been made. Please do take extra care when ordering.

    Returns

    We really hope you love everything with your order but if it’s not for you, you have 14 days from receiving your delivery to send it back to us. 

    If you want to return your order for a refund, a postage cost of £3.50 will apply. The postage cost will automatically be deducted from the refund at the time we issue it to you. 

    Please submit your return via our easy to use Royal Mail returns portal HERE. 

    We offer one free exchange, for any help with sizing, please contact info@beyondnine.co.uk. We are here to help. If a product is not in stock for exchange then you’ll receive a full refund.

    Once we receive your return we will process your refund within 5 working days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment and can take 3-5 working days to reach your account depending on your bank provider.

    International orders are non-returnable. All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and therefore are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

    Perfect Spring jacket

    I am a size 14 not pregnant and bought the medium which is spot on. Lovely weight for spring and also good for wearing under my coat in winter. The boxy shape means it fits nicely over a light sweatshirt/jumper. Will wear it for years to come.

    Beautiful jacket

    Absolutely love my new jacket from Beyond Nine. I was apprehensive about the price, given that I was buying it in winter and won’t be able to wear it for a while, but it truly is an investment. It feels extremely well made and built to last, which is something that is very important to me in a world of fast fashion. It’s a denim jacket but not as you know it. I’m anticipating it going with a lot, but it also feels quite unique and different. I’m 5’3 and a size 10/12, but I ordered the extra small as I didn’t want it to be too oversized. It fits perfectly, though the sleeves only just fit, so that’s something to bear in mind for taller folk who are thinking of sizing down. This is my first purchase from Beyond, Nine but certainly not my last.
