    Care Instructions

    Wash gently at 30 degrees. Do not use optical brighteners. Reshape whilst damp if needed. Line dry inside out, do not tumble dry.

    Shipping

    Shipping in the UK is a standard rate of £4.95 via Royal Mail and takes 3-5 working days. If you order additional items with a pre order item, all items will be shipped with your pre order.

    UK Shipping is on us when you spend over £150.


    International shipping is via DHL or Royal Mail at £25. Delivery times will vary. For all orders shipping outside of the UK, the recipient is responsible for any taxes or duties incurred, these will be collected at the point of delivery. Beyond Nine is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. Please note, Beyond Nine is unable to provide the amount of taxes or duties that may be charged on delivery. Beyond Nine is not responsible for loss or damage of an item(s).

    All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and therefore are not eligible for a refund or exchange. If you have any queries regarding sizing, colour or fit before purchasing, please email info@beyondnine.co.uk.

    Pre-Orders: If you have ordered in stock product with your pre order, all purchases will ship with your pre order. Orders are not able to be part shipped.


    We are unable to combine or change orders after your transaction has been made. Please do take extra care when ordering.

    Returns

    We really hope you love everything with your order but if it’s not for you, you have 14 days from receiving your delivery to send it back to us. 

    If you want to return your order for a refund, a postage cost of £3.50 will apply. The postage cost will automatically be deducted from the refund at the time we issue it to you. 

    Please submit your return via our easy to use Royal Mail returns portal HERE. 

    We offer one free exchange, for any help with sizing, please contact info@beyondnine.co.uk. We are here to help. If a product is not in stock for exchange then you’ll receive a full refund.

    Once we receive your return we will process your refund within 5 working days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment and can take 3-5 working days to reach your account depending on your bank provider.

    International orders are non-returnable. All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and therefore are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

    Love these - so comfy and easy to throw on with anything! Bought in slate with slate Hugh and was a bit disappointed that the colours don’t 100% match, but they are close enough and so still wear them together.

    Am 5’4 and a size 16 (not pregnant but postpartum) - bought in L and could probably have sized down - they def fit looser than the linen Mabels.

    Love them!

    I’ve admired beyond nine styles for ages but as a size 24/26 I didn’t think they’d fit me. I decided on a whim to order these in the 2xl just to get them out of my mind and they actually fit. As the waistband is really stretchy they are comfy. Admitted they’re probably not as loose on me as they would be on a size 20, but I really like how they look.

    never write reviews, but these are great. I am a 14 on average, so I got an XL. These run a bit bigger than the linen pants, so the pants are loose on my hips, but they are for loungewear, so I like the feeling. If you are a 12-14 and dont want them very loose, go to a L
