    Care Instructions

    Wash gently at 30 degrees. Do not use optical brighteners. Reshape whilst damp if needed. Line dry inside out, do not tumble dry.

    Shipping

    Shipping in the UK is a standard rate of £4.95 via Royal Mail and takes 3-5 working days. If you order additional items with a pre order item, all items will be shipped with your pre order.

    UK Shipping is on us when you spend over £150.


    International shipping is via DHL or Royal Mail at £25. Delivery times will vary. For all orders shipping outside of the UK, the recipient is responsible for any taxes or duties incurred, these will be collected at the point of delivery. Beyond Nine is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. Please note, Beyond Nine is unable to provide the amount of taxes or duties that may be charged on delivery. Beyond Nine is not responsible for loss or damage of an item(s).

    All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and therefore are not eligible for a refund or exchange. If you have any queries regarding sizing, colour or fit before purchasing, please email info@beyondnine.co.uk.

    Pre-Orders: If you have ordered in stock product with your pre order, all purchases will ship with your pre order. Orders are not able to be part shipped.


    We are unable to combine or change orders after your transaction has been made. Please do take extra care when ordering.

    Returns

    We really hope you love everything with your order but if it’s not for you, you have 14 days from receiving your delivery to send it back to us. 

    If you want to return your order for a refund, a postage cost of £3.50 will apply. The postage cost will automatically be deducted from the refund at the time we issue it to you. 

    Please submit your return via our easy to use Royal Mail returns portal HERE. 

    We offer one free exchange, for any help with sizing, please contact info@beyondnine.co.uk. We are here to help. If a product is not in stock for exchange then you’ll receive a full refund.

    Once we receive your return we will process your refund within 5 working days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment and can take 3-5 working days to reach your account depending on your bank provider.

    International orders are non-returnable. All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and therefore are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

    I LOVE THEM ! But, I should have sized down, and now I’ve worn them a couple of times I defo wish I had ! So will just be buying another pair !

    Wonderful but big

    Absolutely beautiful trousers that I have loved wearing so far. Unfortunately they are a little on the large side. I’m a UK size 14 to 16 and take a large in linen Mabels, but the medium in jersey tend to slip down my waist a lot. I am hopeful that they may shrink down a bit in the wash – and in the meantime, it is nice to have a bit of extra length. Absolutely gorgeous trousers though and I do not regret my purchase at all.

    I had been wanting these trousers for ages, I ordered the L I am a size 18, they were a perfect fit, I like my clothes on the baggier side but I think if I had sized down I would of lost the fall of the fabric, so comfy and versatile.

    Real one of my favorite pants! I would buy so many more I love them💖 but unfortunately I don’t live in the UK so it’s quite expensive with all the extra costs 😅 but I’m absolutely in love with them 💖💖
