    Description

    Meet Esme, our high neck, linen top. Made from beautiful Okeo-tex certified mid weight super soft European linen. Perfect to team with Mabel, Yoli or Sylvie. She has a slightly higher neck than our Nora top and looks great with or without a bump. Wear as a co-ord, mix and match or team with any other bottoms in your wardrobe!

    Just lift up for easy access breastfeeding.

    Care Instructions

    It's better for the environment to spot clean your linen whenever possible and only wash when absolutely necessary. We recommend washing your linen inside out at 30 degrees when you need to and to line dry only. Do not use any optical brighteners as it weakens the fibres of linen. Do not tumble dry as this will lead to shrinkage.

    Please note linen seizes up after washing and can feel quite stiff but with a gentle iron and wear it'll soften and relax quickly.

    Expect up to 5% shrinkage after the first few washes.

    Shipping

    Shipping in the UK is a standard rate of £4.95 via Royal Mail and takes 3-5 working days. If you order additional items with a pre order item, all items will be shipped with your pre order.

    UK Shipping is on us when you spend over £150.


    International shipping is via DHL or Royal Mail at £25. Delivery times will vary. For all orders shipping outside of the UK, the recipient is responsible for any taxes or duties incurred, these will be collected at the point of delivery. Beyond Nine is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. Please note, Beyond Nine is unable to provide the amount of taxes or duties that may be charged on delivery. Beyond Nine is not responsible for loss or damage of an item(s).

    We are unable to combine or change orders after your transaction has been made. Please do take extra care when ordering.

    Returns

    We really hope you love everything with your order but if it’s not for you, you have 14 days from receiving your delivery to send it back to us. 

    If you want to return your order for a refund, a postage cost of £3.50 will apply. The postage cost will automatically be deducted from the refund at the time we issue it to you. 

    Please submit your return via our easy to use Royal Mail returns portal HERE. 

    We offer one free exchange, for any help with sizing, please contact info@beyondnine.co.uk. We are here to help. If a product is not in stock for exchange then you’ll receive a full refund.

    Once we receive your return we will process your refund within 5 working days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment and can take 3-5 working days to reach your account depending on your bank provider.

    International orders are non-returnable. All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and therefore are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

    Lovely but too short

    Please consider making these a little longer or in a tall version! I am 5ft6 and without a bump but even when sizing up this top is too short and shows skin despite wearing high waisted trousers.

    Sorry to hear Esme came up a little short for you, she does have a 4cm hem as standard so it may be possible to have her adjusted to get a couple of extra cm length, a local tailor seamstress could do this perhaps.

    Otherwise we have some lovely new tops coming this autumn/winter which are long line and may be right up your street!

    Perfect Top!

    I now have Esme in 3 colours and would honestly buy more if I could afford it! Love the fit and the style. I size up in this design to allow for the shrinkage around bust/length and the fit is good for me.

    I eagerly awaited my Esme after seeing all the lush pics and posts of the hot top of the season. I opted for Large in Esme and Medium in my 3rd pair of Mabels. Sadly when it arrived the crop was just too crop for me. The BN linen has some considerable shrinkage (tag says 5%) and I knew after washing it would be far too cropped for me to wear even with the mabels as designed
    I'm hoping to size up but worried it may be to big around bust. Love the look on your insta but not convinced for big boobed breastfeeding mummas. Maybe add an inch to the length so when it shrinks it's still covering the postpartum belly.

    Thank you so much for your order and review, I am sorry that your Esme wasn't quite as expected.

    If you size up to a Medium you can expect a couple more cm in the bust, we measure from 2.5cm from underarm and Esme in Small has a 49.8cm bust while the Medium has a 52.3cm bust. Hope this is helpful.

    You're spot on and you can expect up to 5% shrinkage over the first few washes with linen. However, once washed and whilst still damp you can give it a re-shape. You can be quite strong in giving the item a good pull to reshape the garment and regain some of the lost length. Once dried, a gentle iron will also help to regain the original shape.

    We also recommend hand washing in cool water or machine washing on 30 degrees or less and low spin to help reduce any shrinkage.

    Great fit and quality

    Bought this the Esme top to go with my Mabel’s which I just live and. I like the wide straps, looks like a bit of a crop fit but doesn’t feel like when on. As always beyond9 are a staple in my wardrobe

    Love this top! Have been wearing all summer. Goes so well with my Mabel trousers and the shorts that match. I am 5ft8 B cup, size 14 and the M fits great. A bit of shrinkage with washing (it doesn’t quite reach my belly button sadly) so I would love it if this top came in a “tall” version so it’s slightly longer. Otherwise perfect! On the restock list to buy more.
