    Care Instructions

    It's better for the environment to spot clean your linen whenever possible and only wash when absolutely necessary. We recommend washing your linen inside out at 30 degrees when you need to and to line dry only. Do not use any optical brighteners as it weakens the fibres of linen. Do not tumble dry as this will lead to shrinkage.

    Please note linen seizes up after washing and can feel quite stiff but with a gentle iron and wear it'll soften and relax quickly.

    Expect up to 5% shrinkage after the first few washes.

    Shipping

    Shipping in the UK is a standard rate of £4.95 via Royal Mail and takes 3-5 working days. If you order additional items with a pre order item, all items will be shipped with your pre order.

    UK Shipping is on us when you spend over £150.


    International shipping is via DHL or Royal Mail at £25. Delivery times will vary. For all orders shipping outside of the UK, the recipient is responsible for any taxes or duties incurred, these will be collected at the point of delivery. Beyond Nine is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. Please note, Beyond Nine is unable to provide the amount of taxes or duties that may be charged on delivery. Beyond Nine is not responsible for loss or damage of an item(s).

    All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and therefore are not eligible for a refund or exchange. If you have any queries regarding sizing, colour or fit before purchasing, please email info@beyondnine.co.uk.

    Returns

    Returns & Exchanges
    We really hope you love everything you order from us but if it’s not for you, you have 14 days from receiving your delivery to send it back to us. To be eligible for a return please ensure your item(s) are in the same perfect condition as you received them, unworn and with tags/stickers attached. If your item is not returned in an unworn condition, we will not be able to accept your return and your item will be returned to you. After 14 days have passed we unfortunately can't offer you a refund or exchange.

    Return Shipping
    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so please make sure you obtain proof of postage and insurance as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

    International orders are non-returnable. All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and therefore are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure it fits our return policy. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt and an automatic refund email sent. Please note it could take 3-5 days for our fulfilment centre to process your return from the date it reaches them.
    The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment and can take 3-5 days to reach your account depending on your bank provider.

    Exchanges
    If you require an exchange for another size or style then please clearly state the details on the returns form provided. We can’t hold stock so your exchange will be fulfilled once your return arrives and if the stock is available. If a product is not in stock for exchange then you’ll receive a full refund.

    Love it

    Gorgeous but v big so size down. Love this so much I persisted through multiple rounds of waiting for a size to be in stock and returning. I’m a U.K. 10 - small/narrow on top. Started with an S and ended up with XXS. I like roomy but in the XS and S my entire bra was on show at the sides and the bust darts were entirely superfluous. Would have worked better with more boobage I’m sure. I hope to get a lot of wear in the years to come.

    Gorgeous as always

    Love all of my Beyond Nine pieces and this one is no exception, the fabric is SO luxurious and comfy to wear. Would say this is quite oversized though so if not pregnant, def gives a big and flowy look and less fitted.

    Makes me feel great!

    I love this dress. Its stylish, comfortable and a joy to wear! It can be dressed up or down. The fabric is wonderful quality, heavy and falls beautifully. It's everything I expected when I first saw it! I'm between a 10 and 12 and size S fits well - but I do like clothes a bit loose.
