We’re looking for an operational and customer service exec to join our team!
This is a full time position which requires the employee to be in the office 5 days a week (based in West Norwood/ West Dulwich, London), however, if you would like to work part time, this role could be made up of two part time roles (either split by days or hours in the office each day), so please do apply.

The role will involve…
Packing all customers orders in a timely and accurate fashion
Processing all customer returns in a timely and accurate fashion
Stock management – from checking stock when it arrives at the office to managing inventory
Booking deliveries & other operational admin
Quality Control checking of stock when it arrives in the office
Customer service – answering emails and DMs
Have excellent written communication skills
Have excellent organisational skills
Have the ability to prioritise your workload in a busy, growing business
Have get up and go – you’re a self starter who is able to spot what needs doing
Have oodles of enthusiasm – you are looking to join a fast growing business which requires an all hands on deck approach

FREELANCE CONTENT ASSISTANT - PART TIME
We're on the lookout for a Freelance Content Assistant to create high quality digital marketing content with us here at Beyond Nine.
If you're experienced in video creation and editing, photography, have an eye for detail and have good knowledge of the fashion industry then this could be for you.
This role will be Bristol-based and will involve...
Executing ideas, creating and editing inspiring, high quality content to use across our social media/digital marketing, in particular video content and styling content.
Creating content in line with our marketing calendar and product launches
Supporting across our social media platforms, in particular Instagram, Tik Tok, and Pinterest, from daily engagement to supporting with DM's and customer queries
Have experience of creating high quality content both video and photography
Have experience of using Adobe Suite
Have experience working in the fashion industry
Have a good knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and trends, in particular Instagram and Tik Tok
Copywriting experience would also be a bonus!
