    Care Instructions

    Wash inside out, with all hardware fastened gently on a cool cycle, with similar colours. Reshape whilst damp if required, dry flat and do not tumble dry. Expect some colour transfer and fading and up to 5% shrinkage on the first few washes.

    Shipping in the UK is a standard rate of £4.95 via Royal Mail and takes 3-5 working days. If you order additional items with a pre order item, all items will be shipped with your pre order.

    International shipping is via DHL or Royal Mail at £25. Delivery times will vary. For all orders shipping outside of the UK, the recipient is responsible for any taxes or duties incurred, these will be collected at the point of delivery. Beyond Nine is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. Please note, Beyond Nine is unable to provide the amount of taxes or duties that may be charged on delivery. Beyond Nine is not responsible for loss or damage of an item(s).

    We are not able to mark merchandise as a 'gift' or of 'no commercial value'

    All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and therefore are not eligible for a refund or exchange. If you have any queries regarding sizing, colour or fit before purchasing, please email info@beyondnine.co.uk.

    Pre-Orders: If you have ordered in stock product with your pre order, all purchases will ship with your pre order. Orders are not able to be part shipped.

    Returns

    We hope you love your order, but if not, you have 14 days to register a return and another 14 days to send it back.

    For the UK, we offer one free exchange. For sizing help, contact info@beyondnine.co.uk. For returns, a £4 postage fee will be deducted from your refund. Submit your return or exchange via our portal HERE.

    Upon receiving your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. The credit will be applied to your original payment method and may take 3-5 days to reach your account, depending on your bank.

    Best jeans ever

    I’ve just bought these jeans and I love them. They are so comfortable and such a great cut. I took notice of other reviews and sized down. I’m a Small in other Beyond Nine trousers but ordered the XS and they fit perfectly. I am 5’4” and the jeans just reach my ankle so slightly cropped which I love. I know I’ll wear these a lot!!

    Loved them straight on but..

    The waist elastic is not sturdy enough for the weight of the jeans. If you put anything in your pockets (phone, keys etc) it starts to drag them off the waist. I already sized down as had seen they come up big and happy with fit over thighs and legs but am not sure if I will keep as it’s very annoying.

    Just got a pair and already thinking about getting a second one! Im in love! Super super comfy, the material is very soft and the shape is just very flattering for my post partum body :) well done B9 team!

    I haven’t stopped wearing them

    So comfy, big pockets and so easy to wear. I did have to size down, I’m normally a meduim. So soft like wearing PJs 😊
