    Care Instructions

    It's better for the environment to spot clean your linen whenever possible and only wash when absolutely necessary. We recommend washing your linen inside out at 30 degrees when you need to and to line dry only. Do not use any optical brighteners as it weakens the fibres of linen. Do not tumble dry as this will lead to shrinkage.

    Please note linen seizes up after washing and can feel quite stiff but with a gentle iron and wear it'll soften and relax quickly.

    Expect up to 5% shrinkage after the first few washes.

    Shipping

    Shipping in the UK is a standard rate of £4.95 via Royal Mail and takes 3-5 working days. If you order additional items with a pre order item, all items will be shipped with your pre order.

    UK Shipping is on us when you spend over £150.


    International shipping is via DHL or Royal Mail at £25. Delivery times will vary. For all orders shipping outside of the UK, the recipient is responsible for any taxes or duties incurred, these will be collected at the point of delivery. Beyond Nine is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. Please note, Beyond Nine is unable to provide the amount of taxes or duties that may be charged on delivery. Beyond Nine is not responsible for loss or damage of an item(s).

    All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and therefore are not eligible for a refund or exchange. If you have any queries regarding sizing, colour or fit before purchasing, please email info@beyondnine.co.uk.

    Pre-Orders: If you have ordered in stock product with your pre order, all purchases will ship with your pre order. Orders are not able to be part shipped.

    Returns

    We hope you love your order, but if not, you have 14 days to register a return and another 14 days to send it back.

    For the UK, we offer one free exchange. For sizing help, contact info@beyondnine.co.uk. For returns, a £4 postage fee will be deducted from your refund. Submit your return or exchange via our portal HERE.

    Upon receiving your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. The credit will be applied to your original payment method and may take 3-5 days to reach your account, depending on your bank.

    Excellent quality and I want to love them.

    I unfortunately have some regrets about the size I purchased. They are very comfortable but I do wish I’d sized down as I am a bit shorter (5’4, shorter legs), and I feel like the volume is a bit much on me. I purchased a size XL based on my waist measure of 95cm (recommended by customer service) but I do think I could get away with a L due to how stretchy they are. Because of how voluminous they are, I didn’t notice any shrinkage after washing but I hope over time they shrink a wee bit. If I was to buy more trousers from BN, I think I would try another style but that would also depend on the inseam measure. The cut and seam details of BN trousers make them difficult to hem without losing shape.
    All that said, I wish I had Mabels when I was pregnant and postpartum. Paired with the Esme top they are very stylish and so easy to wear. The quality is exceptional, lovely linen that is just thick enough, and with all the stripes aligning along the seams.
