    Please meet our unique, limited edition Bertie Intarsia Symbol Cardi, a design that won't be repeated. Created in a slouchy, oversized shirt style, Bertie is designed to be an easy throw on which adds interest to your outfit. This is a really special piece that features our hand drawn motifs representing motherhood, rebirth and growth, captured in the snake, bird, waves, sun, moon and stars.     Care Instructions

    I am made from 100% cotton, take care of me and I will last. It’s better for me and the environment to spot clean me and give me a good airing whenever possible and only wash me when absolutely necessary. If you do need to wash me, I need to be hand washed cold and I do not like any optical brighteners or fabric softeners. Reshape me whilst damp and dry lying flat. I do not like the tumble dryer. Always fold your knitwear for storage - hanging will distort my shape. Take care of me to avoid snagging - make sure you remove your jewellery when taking on and off.

    Shipping

    Shipping in the UK is a standard rate of £4.95 via Royal Mail and takes 3-5 working days. If you order additional items with a pre order item, all items will be shipped with your pre order.

    UK Shipping is on us when you spend over £150.


    International shipping is via DHL or Royal Mail at £25. Delivery times will vary. For all orders shipping outside of the UK, the recipient is responsible for any taxes or duties incurred, these will be collected at the point of delivery. Beyond Nine is not responsible for any fees charged by customs. Please note, Beyond Nine is unable to provide the amount of taxes or duties that may be charged on delivery. Beyond Nine is not responsible for loss or damage of an item(s).

    We are unable to combine or change orders after your transaction has been made. Please do take extra care when ordering.

    Returns

    We really hope you love everything with your order but if it’s not for you, you have 14 days from receiving your delivery to send it back to us. 

    If you want to return your order for a refund, a postage cost of £3.50 will apply. The postage cost will automatically be deducted from the refund at the time we issue it to you. 

    Please submit your return via our easy to use Royal Mail returns portal HERE. 

    We offer one free exchange, for any help with sizing, please contact info@beyondnine.co.uk. We are here to help. If a product is not in stock for exchange then you’ll receive a full refund.

    Once we receive your return we will process your refund within 5 working days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment and can take 3-5 working days to reach your account depending on your bank provider.

    International orders are non-returnable. All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and therefore are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

    Great quality, lovely design and cut! Love that it has side pockets too, not just the front ones.
    I Bought another similar ( pockets not design) cardigan from another store at the same time, and it totally made the quality of this stand out!! My husband loves it too!
    I am U.K. size 12 and went for size 1, fits perfectly.
